Technical Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Deliver soft skills and behavioral training program.
• Train customer-facing and non-technical professionals
• Understand end-to-end aftersales processes
• Audit processes and identify skill gaps
• Create and implement action plans to bridge gaps
• Handhold new joiners during initial training phase
• Improve learning retention and workplace efficiency
• Ensure governance, process adherence, MIS & reporting
• Review and analyze data points related to operations

Preferred candidate profile

• experience in training, sales, or marketing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent public speaking ability.
• Comfortable using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Passionate about training and people development
• Ability to customize sessions for different experience levels
• Prior training delivery experience preferred

• EX Mahindra candidates only.

• Travelling for 22 days minimum.

• Good communication skills in local language & English
