Technical Trainer

IDM Techpark is hiring a skilled and passionate Technical Trainer to lead training sessions in Python, Tableau, Power BI, with additional preference for candidates having experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to helping students upskill for tech careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person training sessions on Python, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Deliver lectures and hands-on labs in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI (if experienced).
• Design training modules, assignments, and real-time project tasks.
• Provide guidance, assessments, and progress tracking for students.
• Update curriculum to reflect the latest industry tools and technologies.
• Mentor and support students to prepare for job interviews and certifications.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in training or related industry roles.
• Proficiency in Python, Tableau, Power BI is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Native of Coimbatore or willing to relocate preferred.
