Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Trainer located in Bhubaneswar. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for conducting technical training sessions, developing training materials, assessing learning outcomes, and supporting the continuous development of trainees. The trainer will collaborate with various departments to understand training needs, deliver engaging and effective programs, and ensure trainees' technical competencies are met.

Qualifications

• Technical Training and Training & Development skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts effectively
• Experience as a Technical Trainer or in a similar training role
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work on-site at Bhubaneswar location
• Relevant certifications in training and development are a plus
