Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Trainer to join our team. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs to our employees and clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to impart complex technical concepts in an understandable and engaging manner.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must have hands on Experience on Angular and Node JS (Full Stack)

Curriculum Development:

• Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules, that cover a range of technical topics.

• Regularly update training content to reflect changes in technology and industry best practices.

Training Delivery:

• Conduct engaging and effective technical training sessions for employees and clients, both in-person and virtually.

• Adapt training methods and content to accommodate various learning styles and skill levels.

Needs Assessment:

• Identify training needs within the organization through collaboration with department heads and managers.

• Analyse technical skill gaps and develop training plans accordingly.

Evaluation and Assessment:

Technical Expertise:

• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Maintain a deep understanding of the technical subjects covered in training programs.

Documentation:

• Keep accurate records of training activities, attendance, and progress.

• Generate reports on training outcomes and make recommendations for improvements.

Support and Mentoring:

• Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to trainees.

• Mentor individuals to enhance their technical skills and knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).

5+ Years of experience in technical training or a related role.

• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in the subject matter being taught.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in creating training materials using various tools and platforms.

• Ability to adapt training content to suit the needs of diverse audiences.

• Effective time management and organizational skills.

• Patient, approachable, and supportive teaching style.

• Relevant certifications or credentials in technical training are a plus.
