Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer located in Jaipur. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for conducting technical training sessions, developing training materials, and facilitating workshops/bootcamps. They will be involved in monitoring and assessing trainee progress, providing feedback, and ensuring trainees acquire necessary technical and communication skills for the tech industry. Qualifications Experience in Technical Training and Training & Development Effective Communication skills Proven skills in developing and delivering engaging training content Ability to assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback Strong organizational and multitasking skills Prior experience working in the tech industry is a plus PG Qualification in computer science degree is must
