Job Description Technical Trainer Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore Mode: In-Person (Offline Training at Colleges) Company: TechnoGen India Pvt Ltd About the Program: TechnoGen India Pvt Ltd is conducting skill-based technical training programs for final year B.Tech and Degree students across ~ 40–45 partner colleges . This initiative bridges the gap between academic learning and industry needs by enabling students to learn hands-on technologies and best practices. Bonus : Travel Allowances will be provided to the trainers for visiting college campuses. Role: We are hiring Technical Trainers who can deliver in-depth training on modern technologies and tools and prepare students for real-time job scenarios. Skills Required (Train on any of the below): Power BI Tableau MS Office Agile / SDLC DevOps Basics Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP – Basics) AI & ML – Concepts and Applications Blockchain – Basics Collaboration Tools (Teams, Slack, etc.) Responsibilities: Deliver technical sessions in an easy-to-understand format. Use hands-on demonstrations and examples. Create assignments and mini-projects. Monitor student progress and provide mentorship. Travel to assigned colleges for training delivery. Requirements: Proven training or implementation experience in one or more listed technologies. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences. Prior experience with training engineering or degree students is a plus.
