Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer located in Chennai. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training sessions, preparing training materials, assessing the effectiveness of training programs, and collaborating with various departments to ensure training needs are met. The role requires an ability to simplify complex technical concepts and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Training and Training & Development skills
• Effective Communication abilities
• Experience in conducting and managing training programs
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in the beauty or aromatherapy industry is a plus
