Role Description

The Technical Trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering technical training programs, developing training materials, and assessing training effectiveness. The trainer will also conduct hands-on training sessions, provide mentorship, and collaborate with other departments to ensure learners gain the necessary skills for their careers.

Deliver classroom and online training sessions on programming languages, DSA, and related technologies.

Design and conduct practical sessions, coding workshops, and assessments.

Guide students on technical concepts, projects, and problem-solving approaches.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure training relevance.

Qualifications

• Skills in Technical Training and experience as a Technical Trainer
• Proficiency in Training & Development techniques and methodologies
• Strong Communication and Training skills
• Strong fundamentals in C, C++, Java, Python, and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)
• Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities
• Ability to tailor training programs to diverse audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Prior experience in an educational institution is a plus
