Role Description This is a volunteer on-site role for a Technical Trainer located in Panruti. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs, facilitating training sessions, and conducting assessments. Daily tasks will include preparing training materials, providing hands-on training, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure the training content is up-to-date and relevant. The Technical Trainer will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on training outcomes and providing feedback to participants. Qualifications Experience as a Technical Trainer and in Technical Training Skills in Training & Development Strong Communication and Training skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently Experience in curriculum development is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
