Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and passionate IT Technical Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality training sessions and mentor students in core IT domains, ensuring they are job-ready for real-world challenges. Key Responsibilities: Conduct interactive and practical training sessions on programming, web development, networking, etc. Design and developed structured lesson plans, training materials, projects, and assessments. Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to students. Track and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and certifications. Assist in organizing workshops, tests, mock interviews, and technical evaluations. Coordinate with the placement and academic teams to align training outcomes with job market demands. Contribute to curriculum development and internal training improvements Ensure a professional, positive, and engaging learning environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Experience 3+ years( In IT training or related industry) Strong command over programming languages e.g., Python, Java, C/C++, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Networking Basics Excellent communication and presentation skills Prior experience in teaching/training/mentoring preferred Industry certifications (e.g., Python, Java, CCNA, etc.) are a plus Why Join Amsone?
