About the Role

Cograd is hiring skilled Technical Trainers for a 5-day advanced training program for Kendriya Vidyalaya teachers, focusing on Advanced Robotics, AI/ML basics, IoT Systems and 3D Printing/Manufacturing, aligned with NEP 2020 and Industry 4.0 demands.

Target Audience: KV teachers Program Duration: 5 days Platform: In-person sessions

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct engaging hands-on training sessions in Advanced Robotics, AI/ML basics, IoT and 3D Printing.

● Deliver curriculum covering technical domains, guiding complex projects and live demos.

● Adapt teaching to suit diverse learning needs of participants.

● Collaborate with Cograd to refine content and ensure NEP 2020 alignment.

● Maintain records of training sessions and participant progress.

Contract Terms

● Duration: 5 days per program (project-based).

● Mode: In-person across PAN India.

● Travel/Stay: Travel and accommodation provided.

Compensation: ₹3,000 per training day.

Qualifications

● Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or IT (minimum); M.Tech/M.E. preferred.

● Skills:

o Expert proficiency in Python, C/C++.

o Strong knowledge of microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32), Raspberry Pi, robotics, IoT, and 3D printing (Fusion 360, SolidWorks).

o Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and Git/GitHub.

o Proficiency with training tools (Arduino IDE, Visual Studio Code, Jupyter Notebooks).

o Strong communication and teaching skills in English and Hindi.

o Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and engage participants effectively.

● Experience:

o Minimum 2+ years of technical domain experience.

o Minimum 1-2 years of teaching/training experience.

o Experience in technology implementation and project management preferred.

o Previous work in educational training programs preferred.
