Technical Team Leader

Roles & responsibilities :

✅ Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack web applications using React.js and Node.js (or Python).

✅ Lead and mentor a small development team; conduct code reviews and uphold engineering best practices.

✅ Architect modular, secure, and high-performance systems aligned with future scalability.

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, QA) to ship end-to-end features.

✅ Integrate AI tools and automation into your workflow to enhance quality and productivity.

✅ Manage CI/CD workflows and ensure application performance, uptime, and deployment health.

✅ Break down complex technical problems and guide the team through sprints and reviews.

✅ Stay up to date with emerging tech and contribute to continuous improvement across the stack.

• BCA
• B.Tech/B.E
• MCA
• BSc(IT) / MSc (IT)

Skills :

• Frontend:

   React.js, Next.js

• Backend:

   Node.js, Python

• Databases:

   MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL

• DevOps & Tools:

   Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines

• AI & Productivity:

   GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other AI-assisted dev tools

• Excellent Communication

   – Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities across teams; capable of explaining technical decisions clearly.

• AI Adaptability

   – Experience with or enthusiasm for AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) to improve code quality and reduce repetitive tasks.
