Technical Team Leader

As a qualified candidate for this position, you should possess a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced startup product development environment. Your role will require you to demonstrate aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills while continuously learning and mastering diverse web technologies and techniques. Your responsibilities will include handling complete team and client interactions, working in a LAMP environment, and being familiar with issue tracking systems such as bugzilla and mantis. Additionally, you should have experience in responsive web development, working knowledge of Drupal-7, and familiarity with GIT Version Control System or similar tools. Knowledge of apache web servers and other server administrations is also essential for this role. In terms of technical expertise, you should be proficient in MySQL, PHP, JavaScript, Jquery, REST API, HTML 5.0, CSS 3.0, Drupal-7, MVC, and other frameworks. Your roles and responsibilities will involve gathering and refining web app requirements, converting project requirements into excellent web solutions, and executing project planning according to schedule. You will also be responsible for designing and developing efficient database structures, ensuring smooth integration, and developing device-aware web applications that are compatible with various devices. Furthermore, you will collaborate with web designers to match visual design and user experience across different devices, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and tablets. Working closely with mobile app developers, you will integrate real-time data app interactions and create and maintain software documentation. The key skills required for this role include proficiency in PHP, Drupal, HTML/CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, MySQL, RESTful APIs, and Responsive Design.
