Technical Team Lead / Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead / Project Manager with a solid background in software development and a proven track record in leading projects and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of industry experience, including hands-on coding expertise in earlier roles and at least 3 years of experience handling project delivery and client communication.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams — developers, designers, QA, and clients — to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality technology solutions. This is a hybrid role combining technical leadership, project ownership, and client engagement, ideal for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between tech and business.

Requirements

• 7+ years of total professional experience in software development and project management.

• Strong hands-on coding experience in earlier roles (e.g., Dot net, Mobile technologies, Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js, or other modern tech stacks)
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing client projects, including client communications.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Comfortable conducting client calls, demos, and project reviews.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Git, Confluence, Slack, etc

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, task allocation, and performance tracking.
• Conduct regular client meetings, ensure smooth communication, and manage expectations.
• Guide and mentor developers, support code reviews, and help resolve technical blockers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
• Identify and manage risks, escalations, and dependencies proactively
• Maintain clear project documentation and status reporting.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
