Job Opportunity: Technical Team Lead / Project Manager

About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor a multidisciplinary development team (Dot Net,PHP/Laravel, and Mobile App developers).
Oversee full project lifecyclefrom requirement analysis and planning to execution, delivery, and post-deployment support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Ensure code quality, best practices, and effective development processes.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Conduct technical reviews, provide guidance, and resolve technical roadblocks.
Prepare project documentation, status reports, and risk management plans.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience
in
Dot Net
,
PHP/Laravel
, and
Mobile App development
(Android/iOS or cross-platform).
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management tools.
Proven experience leading technical teams or managing projects in a software development environment.
Ability to understand and review technical architectures and solutions.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Added Advantages:

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, DevOps, or modern software architectures.
Certification in project management (PMP/Agile/Scrum) is a plus.
