Technical Support Trainee

Location: Kannur, Kerala.

Experience Level: 0-2 Years

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Trainee to join our growing support team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who are eager to develop hands-on experience in software support, troubleshooting, SQL, and .NET technologies. The trainee will assist in resolving client issues, performing software installations, and delivering excellent technical guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of SQL (querying, data retrieval, basic joins).

Good verbal and written client communication skills.

Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or currently pursuing).
