About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues, providing timely solutions and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

● Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems in a professional and timely manner

● Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to product

● Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and provide clear technical explanations

● Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support database

● Escalate complex technical issues to engineering teams when necessary

● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and technical procedures

● Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve products and processes

● Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

Required Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

● 2+ years of experience in a technical support role

● Strong understanding of computer systems, software applications, and troubleshooting methodologies

● Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

● Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

● Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

● Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy

Technical Skills Required

● Experience with API testing tools (Postman) and understanding of REST APIs

● Working knowledge of databases and SQL for basic queries and troubleshooting

● Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
