Technical Support Specialist

Role Overview: As a Technical Sales Specialist (TSS) at the company, your main responsibility will be to develop and implement Lead Generation & nurturing strategies in the assigned territory for the business development team. You will need to follow established protocols to qualify leads, build and maintain strong client relationships, understand client needs, and effectively communicate the organization's capabilities in research, development, and manufacturing services. Key Responsibilities: - Independently work with assigned territory and sales prospects. - Understand customer needs and research areas to propose the best solution through consultative selling. - Work with the Business Development team to channel qualified leads to the appropriate team for further qualification and closure. - Design and execute the business development plan for a specific region. - Identify and approach prospective clients to introduce the company's services, new offerings, and market expansion opportunities. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for clients. - Engage in daily outreach activities involving research skill sets such as exploring databases, market analysis, publications, and secondary searches for customer profiling. - Have an understanding of the Drug discovery life cycle from Discovery to Manufacturing, including knowledge about services required at all stages. - Conduct data analysis to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve lead generation through various tools like GlobalData, Zoominfo, Zymewire, and Sales Navigator. - Support the Sales Team with qualified leads and generate more business through potential proposals. - Proactively propose new ideas and strategies to enhance lead quality and quantity.,
