Technical Support Specialist, IT Infrastructure

As an IT Support Specialist at SitusAMC, you will play a critical role in providing first call resolution (FCR) for incidents and service requests within the organization. Your responsibilities will include responding to telephone calls, emails, and tickets from users, assigning work orders to appropriate support teams, and ensuring timely closure. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems for end users, while also managing the technology infrastructure to support IT services such as personal computers, networks, servers, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first call resolution for incidents and service requests - Diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network problems for end users - Manage technology infrastructure including personal computers, networks, servers, etc. - Utilize Incident Management System to document and manage problems and resolutions - Escalate complex issues to appropriate support specialists - Participate in routine maintenance updates with IT staff and business units Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any discipline with hardware and networking certification - Disciplined problem-solving skills - Preferred ITIL certification (Foundation) - Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, servers, Active Directory, Exchange, remote desktop connectivity, MS Office Suite, internet browsers, VPN, printers, etc. - Excellent communication and documentation skills - Ability to provide high-quality service and support over the phone - Strong teamwork and interpersonal effectiveness In addition to a competitive benefits plan, the annual full-time base salary for this role at SitusAMC ranges from 1.00 - 1.00, with specific compensation determined based on interviews, education, experience, and alignment with market data.
