Technical Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  Handle client queries

  and provide prompt

  technical support

  for A2P SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, and Email services
• 🚀

  Onboard customers

  on CRM tools such as CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage, and similar platforms
• 🧠

  Understand and troubleshoot

  A2P SMS gateway and Meta (WhatsApp) services
• 💡

  Conduct product demos

  for SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS solutions
• 🎯

  Manage and execute client campaigns

  effectively
• 📊

  Monitor campaign performance

  , follow up on volume drops, and ensure regular client engagement
• 🤝

  Coordinate with internal teams

  to ensure smooth service delivery
• ✉️ Maintain

  excellent communication and email etiquette

  with quick response times
• 🕒

  Be flexible with working hours

  to meet client needs

Requirements:

• ✅

  1+ years of experience

  in technical support or client servicing (preferably in CPaaS or telecom domain)
• 🛠️

  Hands-on experience

  with CRM platforms (CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage, etc.)
• 📡

  Strong understanding

  of A2P SMS gateways and Meta (WhatsApp) services
• 🗣️

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• 🧩

  Ability to multitask

  , stay organised, and meet deadlines
• 🌍

  Flexibility

  to work across different time zones and client schedules
