Collaboration with our engineering and product teams will be essential in resolving product or IT-related issues efficiently. Utilizing your expertise in SQL, you will query support and CRM systems to generate reports and investigate case data. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in drafting and maintaining support documentation using Microsoft Word and analyzing support metrics in Excel. Your contributions will help in refining ticketing workflows and enhancing overall process efficiency, ensuring seamless client experiences. With a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a support-oriented technical role, preferably in an email-based help desk or SaaS support environment, you will be well-equipped to excel in this position. Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Word, and Excel is essential for generating reports, formatting data, and maintaining documentation. Effective written communication skills will be critical in clearly conveying technical issues to clients, while prior experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Zendesk will be advantageous.
