Technical Support Specialist

As a Sales and Marketing Executive in the Home/Interior/Allied categories, your role involves managing the Customer Management List (CML) and segmentation of firms for your territory. You will need to complete firm profiling, update parameters regularly, and ensure a certain proportion of firms are "active" to meet business targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating a firm and site level index for specified product ranges, completing product modules at specified firms, and mapping execution entities for specialized categories within the CML. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the CML shared for your territory, maintaining minimum visit frequency as per tier of firms - Profile firms for key questions and update parameters every 6 months - Ensure a certain proportion of profiled firms are "active" and achieve business targets - Create firm and site level index for specified product ranges - Complete product modules at specified firms within specified time periods - Map execution entities for specialized categories within the CML Qualifications Required: - Sales/Marketing/Technical background in Home/Interior/Allied categories - Proficiency in MS Office - Technical knowledge of architectural/interior products - Exemplary communication skills - Inclination towards understanding and working with the field of design In this role, you will need to effectively engage with internal stakeholders and firms as per the Engagement Program tiers, complete tasks outlined for individual stakeholders/firms, and drive sales through specific offerings like Sparkle PS. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving app service module utilization and Sparkle plugins at specified firms, especially for Type C & D firms.,
