Job Description

You are being hired for a technical support position where your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, providing customer feedback, and supporting the roll-out of new applications. You will need to directly communicate with customers and also create written documentation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying hardware and software solutions - Troubleshooting technical issues - Diagnosing and repairing faults - Resolving network issues - Installing and configuring hardware and software - Speaking to customers to understand their problems - Providing timely and accurate customer feedback - Guiding customers through actions to resolve issues - Following up with clients to ensure problem resolution - Replacing or repairing necessary parts - Supporting the roll-out of new applications - Providing procedural documentation and support - Managing multiple cases simultaneously - Testing and evaluating new technologies The company offers full-time and part-time job types with an expected work hours of 68 per week. Benefits include health insurance and provident fund. The work location is in person.
