Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Technical Support & Sales Executive to join our team. This hybrid role combines technical support with sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing technical assistance, and driving sales by presenting our solutions effectively. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or live chat. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products/services. Guide customers through step-by-step solutions. Document technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior support or engineering teams. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication. Sales & Business Development: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features/benefits. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Follow up with leads, provide quotes, and close sales. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain and update CRM records regularly. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. 0-1 year of experience in technical support and/or sales (preferably in a tech or SaaS company). Strong understanding of technical products and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and support ticket systems. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in [industry-specific tools or platforms].
