Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. 0-1 year of experience in technical support and/or sales (preferably in a tech or SaaS company). Strong understanding of technical products and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
