Job Description

Job Summary:

Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate accounting records and perform all
Tally data entries
(sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal vouchers, etc.)
Prepare and verify
GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)
and ensure timely filing
Assist in
statutory and internal audits
by preparing required schedules, ledgers, and reconciliations
Reconcile
bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers
Maintain
accounts payable and receivable
records and follow up on outstanding dues
Prepare and maintain
financial reports
, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements
Ensure
compliance
with accounting principles, tax laws, and company policies
Support the finance team in
month-end and year-end closing activities
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and vendors as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
2–5 years
of experience in accounting or finance
Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Strong knowledge of
GST filing, TDS, and basic accounting principles
Familiarity with
audit procedures and financial reconciliations
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
