we are expanding our team and looking for a Channel Sales Manager with a strong real estate background to lead and grow our channel partner network. Role & responsibilities Candidate will be sourcing Channel partners for Pune Projects. Coordinating on daily basis with the Channel Partners to generate the Business Leads. Channel Partner Management, Strong networking with the Channel Partners to achieve the set targets. Continuously build on the CP network to acquire new business and manage clients in collaboration with them. Conduct daily meetings with Channel Partners to get business. Develop, manage, and expand a robust network of real estate brokers, agents, and channel partners in and around Pune. Strategically drive sales through channel partners by promoting current and upcoming residential/commercial projects. Conduct regular site visits, project briefings, and partner engagement activities. Plan and execute partner training programs, roadshows, and promotional campaigns. Track sales targets, lead conversion, and performance of each partner. Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and sales teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and lead management. Provide regular market insights, competitor analysis, and strategic inputs to the leadership team. Preferred candidate profile 5+ years of experience in channel sales within the real estate sector.
