It is important to address and resolve client queries efficiently. Additionally, providing technical support for software by diagnosing the issue, troubleshooting technical issues, and solving software faults by coordinating with software developers are part of the job requirements. Smart and proficient candidates are preferred for this role. This is a full-time job with working days from Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM.,
