Job Description

As a Support Team Executive at our Software House in NOIDA, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction, driving cross-sales and up-sales initiatives, and ensuring seamless issue resolution. Your excellent communication skills, customer-first approach, and strong understanding of software products will be key in excelling in this role. Your responsibilities will include proactively identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers, gaining a deep understanding of customer needs to offer relevant solutions, and utilizing customer interactions to drive business growth. Additionally, you will provide prompt and effective assistance to customers regarding software-related queries, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, and escalate complex cases to relevant teams for timely follow-ups. Maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns professionally, and gathering feedback to suggest product improvements based on customer insights will be essential. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions and support tickets, preparing periodic reports on customer issues, resolutions, and trends, and sharing insights with product and sales teams to enhance service delivery. To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in B.com or equivalent experience, along with 1-3 years of experience in customer support, sales, or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with CRM tools and support ticketing systems are desired. Knowledge of Tally software is a must-have requirement for this position.
