Company Description VoIPTools is a software development company based in New Delhi, Hyderabad, and the US, specializing in add-ons and custom solutions for 3CX. With a dedicated team of developers in the USA and India, we offer tailored software solutions and provide sales and support services exclusively to businesses without an existing 3CX partner. Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Technical Support Engineer at our New Delhi location. The Technical Support Engineer will focus on troubleshooting, providing customer support, and maintaining a high level of service for 3CX solutions. Qualifications - Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills - Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Experience in customer support and service - Knowledge of VoIP technology is a plus - Excellent communication skills - Team player - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field The ideal candidate should efficiently manage customer inquiries over the phone and meet all job requirements. Minimum Qualification Criteria: 1. Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science 2. Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment 3. Open to a hybrid model (Work From Office and Work From Home) for candidates residing in Delhi NCR Desirable Qualifications: 1. Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) 2. Strong customer service skills and analytical capabilities 3. Preference for candidates with 4+ years of experience in international BPO voice processes 4. Access to a computer system and broadband for WFH setup Job Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner 2. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of products and services, responding to inquiries promptly 3. Enhance the customer experience by resolving issues quickly and effectively 4. Adhere to company policies, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines 5. Suggest ways to promote client products and improve customer satisfaction 6. Ensure customers' confidential information is protected and used only for official purposes Required Knowledge and Skills: 1. Effective listening skills, with the ability to understand and offer solutions based on customer concerns 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills 3. Ability to multitask effectively 4. Good negotiation and influencing skills 5. Proficiency in using computers and learning new software/CRM tools 6. Patience and a positive attitude when helping others 7. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Budget: ₹3 – ₹5 LPA (Based on experience and skillset)
