Technical Support Representative

You will be part of our sales team as a TS Sales professional, focusing on software sales with a specialization in Adobe solutions. Your role will involve managing inbound sales inquiries, converting leads into customers, conducting Adobe product demonstrations, and implementing cross-selling strategies to boost revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, developing a strong sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM, and building and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will also be responsible for implementing retention strategies, providing ongoing client support, and identifying upselling opportunities within existing accounts. In terms of technical sales support, you will need to understand and communicate the technical features and benefits of software solutions, collaborate with technical teams to address client requirements, customize product presentations based on client needs, and stay updated on Adobe product updates and releases. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other CRM systems, track sales metrics and performance indicators, generate reports on sales activities, and adhere to established sales processes and methodologies. To qualify for this position, you must have a Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any discipline, a minimum of 1 year of documented sales experience, and prior experience in software/technology sales is preferred. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other CRM platforms, experience in conducting product demonstrations, an understanding of software sales cycles and methodologies, and basic technical aptitude are also required.
