Job Overview. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in networking. As a Technical Support In Networking, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective technical support to our clients, resolving networking issues, and ensuring smooth operations. This is a full-time position located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. Salary range will be competitive and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications And Skills. 3 to 6 years of experience in technical support in networking.

Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.

Experience in international voice process is preferred.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are a plus.
