Job Overview. As an Oracle EBS Lead Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for leading a team of consultants, providing technical expertise, and ensuring successful delivery of projects. This is a contract-to-hire position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications And Skills. More than 10 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite implementation and support. Strong technical knowledge of Oracle EBS modules including Financials, Supply Chain, and HRMS. Proficient in Oracle EBS R12 and Fusion Middleware. Experience in leading teams and managing project timelines. Ability to customize and configure Oracle EBS applications. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Certifications in Oracle EBS and project management are a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Roles And Responsibilities. Lead a team of Oracle EBS consultants and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Design, develop, and implement Oracle EBS solutions based on client requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Customize and configure Oracle EBS modules to meet client's business needs. Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
