Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of highly skilled field engineers, manage there day to day work, plan & assign tickets to team, coordinate with multiple stakeholders and do the needful planning and execution.Guide, mentor and manage the team activities on day to day basis.Take responsibility for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting repairs, identification of software and hardware problems with electronics and providing customer education.Should possess excellent technical, communication, and customer service skills along with a keen attention to detail for documentation and tracking of service work.Provide support for the companys product hardware installation, like preparing the product packing list, packaging, dispatch, delivery and installation.Plan, discuss and prepare required documents by discussing with related key stakeholdersRequired to do field visits for product testing at manufacturing site and customer locations. Ensure proper commissioning of systems at customer place.Recuritment experience in field hiring will be preferredShould have experience in ticketing tools /software
