Responsibilities: · Manage day-to-day accounting operations , including accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and vendor/customer management. · Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual books closure , ensuring accurate preparation of financial statements and MIS reports. · Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors , ensuring timely completion of audits and compliance with recommendations. · Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, corporate filings (MCA/ROC), FLA returns, tax filings, and other statutory requirements. · Oversee tax planning and reporting , ensuring timely and accurate returns while minimizing liabilities within legal frameworks. · Manage payroll and employee benefits , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with labor laws. · Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure reliable reporting. · Support cost management by aligning vendor payments and procurement with financial strategy. · Optimize accounting systems and processes , driving automation and efficiency in financial operations. Qualifications: · Education : o Minimum: B.Com/ M.Com in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. o Preferred: CA Inter / Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant . · Experience : o 3–5 years of proven experience in accounting, book closure, preparation of financial statements, and handling audits. o Hands-on exposure to GST, TDS, statutory filings, corporate compliance , and coordination with auditors/regulators. o Prior experience in a FinOps role (cash flow, reconciliations, MIS reporting) is an added advantage.
