Job Description

URGENT HIRING - Benchmark Water India Pvt Ltd. is hiring a field-based Junior Technician Support professional for our Pune operations.

The role involves site visits, plant health checks, basic troubleshooting, and technical support during client meetings.

#This is NOT a fixed plant operator role.

# This is NOT an office-based position.

Responsibilities:

Visit STP / ETP / RO plant sites

Perform basic plant health checks and observations

Suggest initial operational remedies

Support sales team during site visits

Share site reports, photos, and observations

Escalate complex issues to senior technical team

Preferred candidate profile:

Diploma / B.Sc / B.E. (Chemistry / Environmental / Mechanical or related)

1-3 years exposure to STP / ETP / RO operations

Comfortable with field work and site movement

Willing to learn and follow guidance

Opportunity to grow into Senior Technical Support / Site In-Charge role.

Compensation- Competitive salary + travel allowance+ PF
