Job Title: International Technical Support Executive (Voice Process)

Location:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle
inbound international technical support calls
Provide
real-time troubleshooting
for hardware and software issues
Perform
printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently
Educate customers about products and services
Perform
upselling and cross-selling
during support interactions
Maintain accurate documentation in ticketing systems
Ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction and first-call resolution

Required Skills & Eligibility

Qualification:
Any Graduate or Under Graduate

Freshers with Good Communication Skills .
Experience:
Minimum
1+ year experience
in International Technical Support
Must have experience in
Upselling & Cross-Selling
Strong knowledge of
hardware & software troubleshooting
Excellent
verbal & written communication skills
Experience in
inbound voice process
is mandatory
Willingness to work in
night shifts
Immediate joiners preferred
