Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused Technical Support Executive to join our support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving client issues, providing timely assistance, and ensuring a smooth technical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, or chat in a professional and prompt manner
• Provide technical assistance for software, hardware, or application-related issues
• Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps and escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues in the ticketing system
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and efficient support
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are fully resolved
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and customer experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (technical background preferred)
• Prior experience in customer support or technical support roles is a plus
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, or networks
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of CRM tools and basic troubleshooting techniques
• Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving approach
