Job Title:

Technical Support Executive International Voice Process

Location:

Chennai (Work from Office)

Salary:

3.0 – 3.5 LPA

Experience:

6 Months to 1 Year in International Technical Support (Voice)

Shift:

Rotational shifts (including night shifts and rotational week offs)
24/7 support environment

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled individual to join our International Technical Support team in Chennai. The role involves handling voice-based technical queries from international customers, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and basic networking issues. You will play a critical role in delivering excellent customer service while resolving technical concerns quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from international customers (US/UK) regarding technical issues.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting for:
    • Operating systems (Windows/macOS)
    • Internet and Wi-Fi connectivity issues
    • Email setup/configuration (Outlook, Gmail, etc.)
    • Software installation, updates, and basic application errors
    • Peripheral device issues (printers, webcams, headsets)
  • Use remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) to assist customers.
  • Log customer issues in ticketing systems like Zendesk or Freshdesk.
  • Escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to quality metrics.

Required Skills:

  • Strong spoken English with a neutral/global accent.
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting ability (hardware/software/networking).
  • Familiarity with common operating systems and internet troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of DNS, IP configuration, and email protocols (POP/IMAP).
  • Experience with remote support and ticketing tools.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in an international technical voice process.
  • Graduation or Diploma (any stream; technical background preferred).
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

  • Remote Tools:

    TeamViewer, AnyDesk
  • Ticketing Tools:

    Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow
  • Troubleshooting Commands:

    ipconfig, ping, tracert (basic level)
