We are hiring T echnical Support Executive to provide online and on call support to customers availing EV Charging at our charging stations at various locations in India. The selected candidate will be on a probation of 3 months in which complete training will be provided and will assist his/ her senior during this period. After successful and satisfactory completion of probation period the candidate will be absorbed in a permanent role. Essential Qualifications: Diploma (Electrical/ Electronics) or BSC Electronics Experience: Minimum 01 Year experience must Work Location: Work from Office Base Location: Bhopal Office Time: 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM (Variable) Salary : Starting ₹13,000 per month Skills: 1. Good communication skill in English & Hindi 2. Basic technical knowledge of Electrical/ Electronics / IT 3. Good knowledge of Computers, Emails, Whatsapp. 4. Good Knowledge to manage Social Media Handles (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram etc). 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suit (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) 6. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority while performing customer service. 7.
