Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer located in Hyderabad. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction and giving telecom solutions. Working on diverse Projects mostly related to Tele-communication Sector like Omni-channel, Bulk SMS, Bulk WhatsApp, IVR, etc. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting system and application issues, analyzing and resolving problems, and supporting clients through various communication channels. The role also involves documenting support activities and collaborating with other teams to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience of 3-4+ year is a plus
• Experience in Telecom Industry
• Technical Support, Troubleshooting skills
• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is a must
