Job Role:
We are hiring dedicated Customer Service Executives for our Voice Process (Inbound Calling). The role involves handling customer queries over the phone, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Record, update, and maintain customer details in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
• Meet daily/weekly performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
• Good communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service attitude.
• Commitment to work with us long-term.

Work Details:

• Shift: 8-hour shift (Day shift).
• Location: On-site / Office.
• Salary: 11k-15k based on skills and experience.
