Customer Service Executive (Inbound Calling)

We are hiring Customer Service Executives to manage inbound calls and assist customers with their queries. At Tyro Digital, we focus on delivering reliable communication services, and this role plays a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent support in Telugu, English, and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and resolve queries effectively.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through polite and helpful communication.

Requirements:

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Languages: Telugu, English, Hindi (mandatory).
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Working Hours: 8 hours (rotational/day shifts as applicable).
