Technical Support Executive - Level 1

As a System Admin Level 1 at Hapih Host, your role involves providing support to our customer base, both directly and indirectly. You will interact with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring problems in the Hosting Environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Treat all customers in a professional, respectful manner - Handle Technical support tickets from web hosting customers - Support the roll-out of new applications - Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone, and other electronic media - Troubleshoot a variety of technical issues customers are having with their web hosting services - Prioritize and manage many open tickets at one time - Successfully complete other duties and projects as assigned **Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:** - Computer Knowledge and Good Communication skills - Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) MCSA/MCSE Preferred - Willingness to work in a 24*7 Environment - Experience with Hosting Control Panels (CPanel/WHM/Plesk) - Basic installation, server security, server monitoring - Excellent understanding of SMTP, HTTP, FTP, IMAP, POP, Exim - Installation and modification of Apache, Bind, DNS, PHP, MySQL, Perl - Managing server Backup/Restore and DNS Management - Ability to work well in a team, adapt to a changing environment, and follow instructions - Confidence, passion, and organizational skills with multitasking abilities - Troubleshooting skills in web hosting and technical procedures - Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and complete work as expected If interested in this position and possessing 1-2 years of experience, there are 5 job openings available in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
