Technical Support Executive - Level 1

As a System Admin Level 1 at Hapih Host, your role involves providing support to the customer base, both directly and indirectly. You will interact with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring problems in the Hosting Environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Treat all customers professionally and respectfully. - Handle technical support tickets from web hosting customers. - Support the roll-out of new applications. - Provide client support and resolve technical issues via E-Mail, phone, and other electronic media. - Troubleshoot various technical issues customers face with their web hosting services. - Prioritize and manage multiple open tickets simultaneously. - Successfully complete assigned duties and projects. **Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:** - Computer knowledge and good communication skills. - Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or MCSA/MCSE certification preferred. - Willingness to work in a 24*7 environment. - Experience with Hosting Control Panels (CPanel/WHM/Plesk). - Basic knowledge of installation, server security, and server monitoring. - Excellent understanding of SMTP, HTTP, FTP, IMAP, POP, and Exim. - Installation and modification of Apache, Bind, DNS, PHP, MySQL, and Perl. - Managing server backup and restore processes. - DNS management proficiency. - Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a constantly changing environment. - Confident, passionate, and organized with strong multitasking abilities. - Proficient in troubleshooting web hosting and technical procedures. - Dependable and committed to completing work during assigned shifts.
