  • Troubleshoot software/hardware problems step by step
  • Escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Education

    : Undergraduates & Graduates
  • Experience

    : Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
  • Min 1 year exp into International Customer Support (Prefer Technical Support)
  • Skill Set

    : Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
  • Willing to work in night shifts
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Age Criteria: Below 34 years
