Requirements: - Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in the technology industry. - Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting techniques. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities. - Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers in a clear and concise manner. - Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk software. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Job Description: As a Technical Support Executive, your responsibilities will include: - Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. - Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking. - Troubleshooting and investigating customer problems, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and solutions provided. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product development and quality assurance, to resolve complex technical issues. - Educating customers on the proper use and functionality of our products or services. - Keeping up-to-date with the latest product updates, technical specifications, and troubleshooting techniques. - Providing feedback to the product development team on recurring technical issues and customer feedback.
