Job Description – Mobile Technician
Location: Madhya Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Executive who has experience in the mobile service or technical field. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing field operations, handling employee coordination, and travelling across locations when required.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end HR recruitment.
· Coordinate with service engineers and technical staff across different locations.
· Visit service centres to conduct audits and employee evaluations.
· Assist in organizing training, meetings, and regional HR activities.
· Ensure smooth communication between HO and regional teams.
Requirements
· Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
· 1–3 years of experience, preferably in the mobile or technical service industry.
· Must be willing to travel frequently across Madhya Pradesh.
· Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
