Technical Support Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Associate to join our team at Tech Rudraum Private Limited In this role, you will provide essential support to our users, ensuring a seamless experience with our products. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and assisting customers in resolving their challenges effectively.

Designation : Customer Service Associate

Work Mode : Work from Office

Location : Indore (Madhya Pradesh)

Time : 10 am to 7 PM

Responsibility

Respond to user inquiries through various channels including Phone, email and chat providing timely and effective solutions

Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies

Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties

Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary

Assist in creating and maintaining user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation to enhance the customer experience

Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

Qualifications for Customer Service Associate

½ + years of previous customer service experience a plus

Friendly and welcoming manner with clients and other members of the customer service team

Extensive knowledge of the company's policies, procedures, goods and services

Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to customers

Good command of written and verbal Hindi & English

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations

Willingness to cooperate with customers and management to resolve any issues that may arise
