About the Role
We are looking for a smart and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer who has knowledge of at least one programming language and can understand backend/frontend logic. This role involves troubleshooting the e-commerce website, checking if functions/features are working correctly, identifying bugs, and coordinating with the development team for resolutions.
You will act as a bridge between IT Support, Product Team, and Developers to ensure smooth and error-free website performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot e-commerce website functionality, including product pages, checkout, login, payment flow, order flow, API integrations, etc.
• Identify and replicate issues, analyze logs, and raise detailed bug reports to the development team.
• Use programming knowledge to understand code flow, basic debugging, and root-cause analysis.
• Test new releases, patches, and features before deployment (UAT testing).
• Coordinate closely with developers to ensure timely fixes and updates.
• Diagnose issues in real time and provide support to internal teams (customer care, operations, warehouse).
• Verify if functionalities are working after updates, deployments, or configuration changes.
• Understand APIs, responses, and data flow between systems.
• Generate system reports and support performance monitoring.
• Work with QA team for testing scenarios and validation.
• Ensure minimal downtime and smooth user experience on the website.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Technical Support / Application Support / Web Support.
• Basic knowledge of any programming language .
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, APIs, JSON, SQL (basic level acceptable).
• Good analytical and logical thinking for troubleshooting technical issues.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CMS, or custom-built applications.
• Hands-on experience with log monitoring tools and debugging techniques.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to developers and non-technical teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
